United International University (UIU), through its Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), successfully organized Faculty Development Program (FDP) 101: Induction on 4 July 2026 for the newly appointed faculty members joining in the Summer 2026 semester.
The day-long program was designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of UIU’s academic philosophy, institutional values, quality assurance practices, research and innovation initiatives, academic and administrative procedures, HR policies, digital learning platforms, and accreditation processes.
The program was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Md. Abul Kashem Mia, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of UIU, following a welcome address by Dr. Mofijul Hoq Masum, FCMA, Director, IQAC.
Esteemed senior faculty members and university administrators conducted interactive sessions, sharing their knowledge and experience to support the professional growth of the newly joined faculty members.
The program concluded with an interactive quiz, certificate distribution, and a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Jakowan, Assistant Professor & Deputy Director, IQAC expressing gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor, resource persons, participants, and all those who contributed to making the event a success.
