The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), United International University (UIU), successfully organized a Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC) Meeting with the active participation of the members of the PSAC Committee.
The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of the Program Self-Assessment (PSA) activities and discussing strategies to further strengthen the quality assurance practices at the program level. Participants exchanged views on the effective implementation of the Self-Assessment process in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and emphasized the importance of evidence-based evaluation for continuous quality enhancement.
Key discussions included the preparation of self-assessment reports, documentation and data collection, stakeholder feedback analysis, action plan development, and monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The committee also reviewed the responsibilities of PSAC members and discussed timelines to ensure the timely completion of all Self-Assessment activities.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment from all participants to work collaboratively in promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across academic programs. The discussions reaffirmed UIU’s dedication to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, research, and institutional performance through an effective quality assurance system.
