The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), United International University (UIU), organized a two-day Faculty Development Program (FDP 101) – Fall 2026, commencing on 26 October 2026 at the UIU Innovation Hub, 10th Floor.
The program was graced by the presence of the Honourable Chairman of the Bangladesh Accreditation Council (BAC) Professor Dr. Md. Akhter Hossain Khan as the Chief Guest, who delivered a valuable address. Insightful sessions and speeches were also delivered by the Prof. Dr. M Niaz Asadullah, Dean SoBE, Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Mazid Dean, SoLS, Dr. Mofijul Hoq Masum FCMA ,Director and Mr. Jakowan, Deputy Director of IQAC, and Dr. Suman Ahmed, Associate Professor and Head, Department of CSE
The program aimed to enhance the teaching competencies of newly appointed faculty members through insightful sessions and interactive discussions focusing on effective teaching practices, academic responsibilities, and quality assurance in higher education.
The initiative reflects UIU’s continued commitment to faculty development, academic excellence, and continuous quality enhancement.
