Faculty Development Program: Outcome-Based Education (OBE)

Instutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), United International University (UIU) organized a Faculty Development Program on Faculty Development Program: Outcome-Based Education (OBE) on Monday, 31 August 2026, at the Seminar Room No. 126, UIU. The training focused on strengthening faculty members’ practical understanding and application of key OBE principles, including Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), curriculum alignment, constructive alignment, and effective assessment methods. The program aimed to enhance faculty capacity in implementing OBE effectively and promoting continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.
