THE Impact Ranking Committee Meeting – 2026

United International University (UIU) organized a meeting on the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings to discuss the University’s ongoing initiatives, performance, and strategic directions for strengthening its position in the global ranking.
The meeting was attended by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Md. Abul Kashem Mia, along with the members of the THE Impact Rankings Committee. The meeting was also graced by the presence of the Registrar, Dr. Md. Zulfiqur Rahman, as a Special Invitee along with THE Impact Rankings Committee Members of the university.
The participants discussed the current status of UIU’s performance in the THE Impact Rankings, areas for further improvement, documentation and evidence requirements, and strategic initiatives to enhance the University’s contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
